There’s brisket and cheddar cheese; sausages, pickled jalapenos, and cheddar; and typically a vegetarian option, all stuffed into soft pastries. It was created by co-owner Amelis Kerlin. (While Kerlin calls the item “kolaches,” the term usually refers to the sweet version of the pastry. klobásníky refers to the meat-stuffed iteration.)
